There are many reasons why you may have been referred to see an ENT specialist by your GP or other medical specialist.

The role of a consultation with an ENT, Head & Neck specialist, it to further investigate your condition and using many years of training and expertise, endeavour to help you understand your condition and explain your available treatment options.
Your initial consultation with Dr Floros will take around 30 minutes where you will be asked about your symptoms, their duration and your general health and medical history.
Usually, Dr Floros will examine your ears, nose and throat to help understand your condition and there may be additional tests or small procedures undertaken during the consultation.
In some cases, your referring GP may have requested hearing tests or scans. Please bring a copy of these with you to the appointment, as well as your current referral. If you can, please be prepared with any questions you may have regarding your condition to ensure you leave your appointment with Dr Floros with a clear understanding of the next steps and your treatment options.
You may then be requested to see Dr Floros for a follow up consultation, which will generally take around 20mins. It may also be possible to arrange tele-health for specific patients.
